At Giro Sport Design, I led the complete brand initiative for Vivid, Giro's patented lens technology developed in partnership with Zeiss®. Vivid was Giro's bid to establish the brand as a serious technology leader in snow sports, built around a patented approach to light filtering that fundamentally changes how riders see terrain. The work encompassed the full visual system, from logo and identity through to the creative direction that would shape how the brand showed up in the world.

The scale of what followed is something you rarely get to say about a single project. The Vivid logo has since appeared on millions of goggles worldwide, and the brand direction has served as the cornerstone of 360 degree marketing campaigns across every major market Giro operates in. It shows up everywhere the sport does, including Olympic broadcasts and World Cup coverage, season after season.

Designing something meant to live at that level of visibility requires a different kind of thinking. Every decision has to hold up not just on product, but on snow, on screen, and at speed.
