I’m Willie, a designer and creative director who’s spent his career in places where the ideas are ambitious, the expectations are high, and the details matter. Today, I’m an Associate Creative Director at Critical Mass, leading creative across a select portfolio of digital experiences for Apple. Before that, I spent more than a decade at Giro Sport Design, helping define a distinct point of view for the brand and carry it through every expression as the company grew and evolved. Earlier work includes Bell Helmets, Citrix, and others. Outside of work, I enjoy surfing, mountain biking, and spending time with my wife and sons.
